Custom Design Rules

• Custom designs have a turnaround time of 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Once work has begun, no refunds will be given on custom orders.

• Please provide all details needed for your custom when ordering. IF TEXT BOX IS LEFT BLANK YOU WILL BE REFUNDED IN STORE CREDIT 

• If incorrect information, spelling, colors, or design details are provided by the customer, a new custom order must be placed and the 5–7 business day turnaround time will restart.

• Custom files are for the purchaser only and may NOT be shared, gifted, traded, or resold as digital files.
