TERMS OF USE

Digital Product License & Usage

All products purchased from Darling Mama Digitals are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Each file is provided in high-quality format (300 DPI, PNG with transparent background) for personal or small business use.

 

You are permitted to:

-Use these files for personal projects or small business commercial use, such as creating physical products (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs, stickers, etc.) for sale.

-run my mockups of my designs with my watermark on the before purchasing 

 

You are NOT permitted to:

-Resell, share, trade, gift, or redistribute the digital file(s) in any way.

-Claim the design as your own.

-Alter the design and resell it as a new digital file.

-Upload designs to print-on-demand sites (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, TeeSpring, etc.) where the artwork is offered for resale.

-use my designs in dump groups

 

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the file has been downloaded. Please make sure you check all listing details before purchase. If you purchase multiples of something you will be issued store credit instead.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Darling Mama Digitals. Purchasing a design does not transfer ownership or copyright. Purchasing a required license for something does not transfer ownership either

 Copyright & Policy Enforcement

All designs created by Darling Mama Digitals  are protected under U.S. Copyright Law.
If someone uses my work in a way that breaks my Terms of Use — such as reselling, sharing, or using my designs without the proper license — I take the following actions:

1. Contact & Takedown Notice

I’ll first reach out directly to the buyer or business to let them know they’re violating my terms.
If the product is being sold online (Etsy, Shopify, Redbubble, etc.), I’ll file an official DMCA Takedown Request to have the listings removed immediately.

2. Revocation of License

Their usage rights will be terminated immediately — meaning they must stop selling or distributing any products that include my design.

3. Invoice for Proper Licensing

If they wish to continue using the design, they’ll be required to purchase the correct extended license (plus any retroactive licensing fees for past unlicensed use).

4. Legal Action if Needed

If violations continue or are extensive (such as dumping, digital reselling, posting without watermark, selling transfers with no license, etc), I reserve the right to:

-Pursue legal action for copyright infringement

-Seek compensation for damages, legal fees, and lost sales

I love supporting other small businesses and creators and most issues are solved quickly and kindly once brought to attention.
Please respect my art, time, and creativity by following the licensing rules and using my designs the right way. 💕
